  • 80th: Amy has suggested we talk to mac650 gallery? A person i don’t remember said that there is a professor on campus who would be a good connection/possible performer? Additionally, hopefully booking 2 shows for the near future
  • Alerting staff of our board hours for this semester
  • PSA project
    • Finding point people at other student-run initiatives (i.e wes refugee project) to generate promos for their causes
    • Post to Facebook to gauge interest?
  • Guests from my student forum — could any also come to/be interested in showing up at the 80th anniversary ?
  • Setting up training?
    • Will is eyeballing times
  • Board Meetings moving forward–
    • Sending out board hours before and adding agenda items
    • New structure: topics by bullet point as opposed to automatic individual updates

  • We should not be giving out multiple email addresses – ONLY @wesufm.org emails – everything should forward there anyway
  • Keeping Instagram and Facebook accounts active
    • Does not have to be anything high-maintenance, silly stuff from the studio/events, etc
    • 1 post per board hour? (Beth)
    • What’s about to be on air
  • Consider changing website format to appear less like a blog
  • Program design?
    • Ava Bradlow is on it! Should be done by tomorrow
  • Victoria helping with graphics for the 80th? We should reach out/check in — logos to put on t-shirts and swag next year
    • Can also pull some past logos and update in addition to coming up with something new
  • Drawing students to the venue?
    • Live performance outside?
    • We should also be focusing on some sort of community/student event we want to have before the end of the year — concert?
      • Something fundable through the University
  • Met with Justin from Middletown youth services
    • Merging of outside organizations with MYRP
    • Youth Advisory Council would love an opportunity to present monthly (?) update on local events — on MYRP for a half hour?
  • Spinitron issues
    • May have to be a weekly fix — not a google calendar issue
  • Staff photo!
    • Let’s line someone up for the spring

  • Soundcloud – audio files dumped into soundcloud for the 80th anniversary?
    • Leith will be revising our old history, separated by decade — ultimately we want to attach keywords and people to soundcloud files
    • Soliciting archival recordings/highlights from alumni?
    • Shows: Wild Wild Live, the Living Edge
      • Creating a radio show around each of those episodes, to fill holes in breaktime programming?
  • Encourage all DJs to incorporate 80th anniversary messages into promos
  • State House – Venue in NH that wants to link up with us for 80th Anniversary
