  • Promo of lecture series
    • We should consider different avenues and timings for things for upcoming talks. 2 days left before one talk and then 3 days before another talk!!
    • Everyone can invite their Facebook friends.
    • Maybe individual posters hung up for each specific talk?
    • Getting professors to encourage/require going to talks
    • Jake will email department heads and related student groups
    • Beth will email staff list promoting the two upcoming events this week
    • Will will email trainee list
    • Rachel will post in wesadmits

  • Little/No response to archival email to staff–look towards broader alum network
  • Sent out summer schedule email
  • Thought it made sense to send the application, but people seem reluctant to do it because feels like work
    • Asks for service hours on the app form, and a community member said that we’re asking community members to log more hours
    • Service hours are not only logged in program application form/clarify this to staff when sending program apps

  • Any new 80th anniversary promos?
    • Not yet. Ben hopes to turn out a slew of them this week
  • We’ve received about $800 in donations so far, still about $2200 to go
  • Add pledge o meter to website
  • ITS got us set up to get on the Wesleyan network, so we’re moving along
  • We need someone to print out all of the letters of intent
