  • Record Fair promotion:
    • Wesleying and Usdan TVs have been done
    • Posters upcoming (tonight), email sent out with JPEG of poster for individual advertising

  • people should print out posters cus im gonna tell trainees to come in during board hours and grab some to post around campus
  • sign off on service hours for postering/record fair

  • Went to New Haven DJ Meet and Greet yesterday! Very great
    • We’re in a good place with promoting the record fair — flyers have gone out to a lot of places
    • Just talked with Ben about keeping records on the bottom level of Beckham — gets rid of having to deal with so much up and down action
      • Vinyl and WESU merch table (near door) on first floor — more merch on second floor
      • Must make sure people know there’s more going on upstairs — signs advertising vendors upstairs
      • Volunteer checkin
      • Food? We have not yet mentioned this to Shelissa (snack box: donation based)

Ben:

  • Program guides should not be sent without a pledge pitch attached
    • Should include some fun interaction from the board — past ones have included word searches, posters, crosswords
      • Good chance to solicit alumni audio content — interviews, live performances, archives of past shows
      • April 14th start date goal
  • We’ve gotten some blowback from the JCCP about gift-matching, esp. With saying that the money is coming from them
  • Lecture series is pinned down, but we need to loop back to CFA to do the finer details of the booking so it can be registered as a student event
    • Smartkey will enable rentals as free
    • Is 5pm too early? Dinner time?
    • Movies — Roxanne Roxanne? Bobbito’s documentary?
