  • Things I’ve done this week:
    • Staff email w/ everyone’s board hours + encouragement to come
    • Interest meeting — went very well — we’ll probably still have a lot of people so i’d love to hash out a plan of making a plan if tons of people join again
  • Things I’ve been thinking about:
    • Renew staff email list — take out old alums ASAP — updating all lists
    • 80th anniversary…year book, magazine, publication of some kind?
      • Spotlights on past faculty anniversaries
      • Reprinting past articles?
      • Coffee-table book of program guide and t-shirt graphics?
      • Committee–5 to 10 people?
    • Staff photos — october?
      • Pre-staff meeting

  • MYRP update– utilize OCS for training and outreach– traverse tutoring program
    • Content driven by kids– not wesleyan students
    • Bridging the gap — not giving the kids the impression there’s anything wrong with what they want to play

  • new staff list in the studio?
    • Current one is in disrepair, but some people have written new/additional info onto it
  • people not coming to their shows—should we keep track of them doing extra service hours?
  • how best to give them their alternating DJs contact info
