Beth

  • ResLife has approved only 3 people to stay for senior week!
    • No problem if you’re not dying to stay
  • T-shirts: white on black, red w/ b&w
  • Bumper sticker: white graphic on black sticker w/ headphones
    • Both orders put in
  • Rachel Y. and Chiara both are interested in the board (potentially!)

 

Will

  • Training sessions are over
  • Written test might be next weekend
    • Hoping to not have the practical on the last day of school

 

Dillon

  • DJ lineup for record fair set!
  • 4 Cars for setup
  • Could use a few more people for breakdown
    • Trainees?
  • Food vendor?
    • Unlikely at this point but would be fantastic
    • Red and Black? Could we provide transportation for the food?

 

Ruth/Helly

  • Redscroll trip a success
  • Compiling an amazon music wishlist — google doc to be shared
    • Bandcamp account setup, same goes for there

 

Jake

  • Record fair postering in full swing
    • Main street, screens in usdan
    • Wesleying/Aural Wes have both agreed to post, Argus to come
  • Press release went out last week
  • Facebook event posting week-of

 

Luke

  • Pledge drive promos in studio A folder
  • Pledge drive video almost done!
  • Dj’s pledge-playing issues can be fixed by learning fubar
    • Instructions on the monitor!

 

Babe

  • Written test finished by Thursday!

 

Meg

  • Summer program in the works
  • Will: can you forward the application to all DJs?
  • Drafting program standards email per our discussion last week

 

Ben

  • Table reservations for Usdan week of record fair?
  • Pledge envelopes — service hours opportunity
    • Very straightforward
  • Cormac’s thermometer is up on the site!
  • Repurposing of old(er) pledge promos
  • Crazy schedule this week — weds and Friday not here
  • Promo contest!
  • Clifton will be attending our May 1st board meeting
